Who We Are
In the year 1981 a group of people, having recently attended a Tres-Dias Retreat, felt that God was calling them to start a similar program for teens here in Connecticut. Aventura was born. Now over 30 years later Aventura is still building Christian Community and equipping the Saints of tomorrow. We hold an Annual Cloistered Retreat, which we spend in prayer, the study of God's word and having Fun. We also hold Monthly "reunions" where we play games and discuss what God
has been doing in our lives. Our Program is for any teen seeking a closer walk with God,
14-20 years of age.
